Silver Birches Kids Camp

Before registering your child for camp, please take a moment to read the important information provided on the side. It should answer most, if not all, of your questions.

To complete your child's registration, both forms below must be filled out:

  • The Registration Form

  • The Student Code of Conduct

Thank you for taking the time to ensure everything is completed—we can’t wait to see your child at camp!

    • Age Group: 7-12 years

    • Camp Dates: June 29- July 3, 2026

    • Check-In: Monday, June 29, at 2:00pm

    • Departure & Parent Show: Friday July 3, at 2:00pm

    • Emergency Contact (June 29-July 3): 226-340-6086

  • To join us at camp, your child must be turning 7 before the start of Kids Camp. If you have any questions about eligibility, feel free to reach out to Kayla Tousignant.

  • To register your child, follow these simple steps:

    1. Register Online

    2. Submit Payment (Camp fees and Damage Deposit)

    3. Complete the Camper Code of Conduct

    Registration is not complete until all three steps are finished. And remember, the registration rate is based on when everything (including payment) is submitted.

    Registration Fees

    • Early Bird: $290 (by May 22)

    • Regular: $310 (by June 5)

    • Late: $340 (by June 19)

    • Last Chance: $380 (by June 26)

    Payment Info

    • Online Payment Only: Use a credit or debit card (must have a CSV number).

    • Security Deposit: A $30 deposit is required before camp. This is refundable (by September 26, 20256) unless there’s property damage or disciplinary issues.

    Late Arrival or Early Departure

    • If your child arrives late, leaves early, or is sent home for disciplinary reasons, unfortunately, there’s no refund or discount.

    • If you need to cancel by June 20, you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee.

    • Cancellations after June 21 are non-refundable.

  • We want to make sure your child has everything they need to have fun and be comfortable at camp, so here’s a list of must-bring items:

    • Sleeping bag and pillow

    • Toiletries and towel

    • Modest bathing suit

    • Sports/casual clothes

    • A good attitude!

    • Bandages, bug spray, and sunscreen

    • Bible, pen, and notebook
